U15 Div. 2
First up on Thursday evening was the short trip to Killinkere. Playing against a very strong breeze in the first half, Cuchulainns scored 1-02, which was enough to take a two point lead into the second half. Taking advantage of the wind, Cuchulainns ran out comfortable winners on a scoreline of 0-04 to 2-11.
Next up on Saturday afternoon was trip to Cootehill. In a game played in very warm conditions there was goals galore, with Cuchulainns just getting the better of proceedings by three points with a scoreline of 9-03 to 7-12.
U13 Boys
Under 13 Boys team will start their Division 3 league this Tuesday 24th April away to Lacken at 7pm. The Division 5 team will have their first game at home on the 2nd May against Killygarry. Training for all players will continue next Saturday 28th April at 11.15am in Mullagh.
U12 Girls
U 12 girls B team had their first home game Saturday against Ballinagh and were winning with 5 minutes to go when Ballinagh got two late points to win the game 6-5, despite their defeat the girls showed great spirits and played some good football.
U16 Girls
Our U16 girls were at home to Kingscourt last Friday evening. The first half proved a tight affair with a goal each from Amy Flanagan & Ciara O’Reilly to trail Kingscourt by 2 points on a score line of 2-02 to 1-07. The girls got off to a quick start in the second half with another goal from Ciara O’Reilly and a point from Amy Flanagan. They maintained this lead for most of the second half until Kingscourt scored two goals in quick succession in the last 5 minutes of the game and held on to win on a final score of 4-05 to 3-12.
Hard luck girls you fought hard and were unlucky in the end.

Gumshield
All children MUST wear a gumshield for training and matches. They will not be permitted to train or play if they have not got one.
