Over 250 members from Clg Cuchulainn, Ramor United GFC, Moynalty GFC and East Cavan Eagles Basketball Club are hugely appreciative to Philly for starting our ‘Half Time’ discussion and joint quest to meet the challenges of substance abuse, sadly so prevalent in every community throughout Ireland. If you are unsure of any detail or wish to get help downloading the club communication app, we will have a team of members available to help you at this membership renewal morning (10.30am – 12.30pm). Membership can be paid online via our club website or via our club partners Clubforce.We were delighted to learn that our club membership has increased to more than 520 members in 2019. Our membership fees have not changed for 2020.Please note that it is compulsory to return a signed code of behaviour form when submitting your membership.JUVENILE TEAMS;U15 Boys Team; Will continue their preparation for the Christopher Shields Tournament and county league, on Tuesdays at 6pm in Mullagh Sports Centre. It is hoped to organise a second weekly session, weather permitting, on Thursday.U16 Girls Team; Training will continue in Mullagh Sports Centre and track at 7pm on Tuesday and 10am on Saturday. Well done to all the girls who have shown great appetite for action so far.U17 Boys Team; Will continue their preseason S&C training this week on Monday and Friday. All players are encouraged to attend this important chance to prepare for the coming season. The League campaign is due to start with a game V’s Bailieboro Shamrocks, away on March 7th.U20 Team; Will commence their Division 1 league V’s Crosserlough (away) at a time and date to be arranged. All players are encouraged to continue to attend adult training.ADULT TEAMS;Male; Training continues on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning for the next few weeks. All players are encouraged to continue with their gym programme.Please note that is our intention to form a 3rd adult male team this year. We believe that each player has a right to get meaningful competitive action in an adult male competition. With the increased numbers at adult training and the large numbers playing at teenage level there is an obvious need to provide playing time. We are presently in communication with the county board and other interested clubs. Details to follow in due course.Ladies; The St Kilians Ladies continue their preparation for 2020 on Tuesday (Cross) and Friday (Killinkere).All players are welcome and encouraged to attend this important period of training in preparation for what promises to be an exciting 2020. Please do not hesitate to contact any player or club member if you wish to join in.COMMUNICATION: We have received advice from Croke Park, for GDPR reasons, discouraging all clubs from using Whatapp as a platform fro communicating. Fortunately our club partners Clubforce have a free communication app included in our membership package. For 2020 we are encouraging all members to renew their membership online via clubforce. We will be in a position to draw down this funding early this year to aid the commencement of stage 2 and 3 of our development in the spring time.
