Under 8’s
On Saturday morning we hosted Knockbride U8’s in mullagh,We had almost forty boys togged out and ready to play. We played a high quality match and all our players are improving greatly. Thanks to Knockbride GFC for travelling up for the match and good luck to them in 2016.
Under 14’s
U14 played Kingscourt last Thursday in R1 of league in Kingscourt. Cuchulainns took an early lead with some good link up play from defence and good support from midfield. Forwards picked off some nice points and goals early on and finished first half extremely well. Kingscourt started off well in the second half, however Cuchulainns took command in the last quarter and finished strong.
Challenge game Monday the 25th away to Maghercloon. Leaving Mullagh sports centre at 6.30pm sharp.
Challenge game v Castlerhan away on Thursday 28th April at 7.15pm.
Under 16’s
This week we travelled to Templeport on Tuesday. In a very entertaining game we were beaten by 3 pts. 3-10 to 2-16. We made a few ball handling errors which cost us the game . On sat we had Drumgoon visiting Mullagh and again we were beaten by 4pts. 1-11 to 3-09. After slow start in first half we improved as game went on but just could not get ahead.
