Continuing every Tuesday & Thursday @7.30pm sharp for 8 weeks finishing up March 8th.
Venue: Mullagh pitch.
Suitable for all ages.
Cost: €2 a night or €5 a family.
All proceeds go to the Mullagh Sports Facility Development Fund.
After week 4 for anyone finding it tough or just wish to keep it at a steady level, we aim to provide that and hopefully keep that going throughout the year. Get your year off to a good start.

The North East Cryospa in Mullagh Sports Centre is officially open and available . This modern salinised ice bath has proven to be an excellent facility in assisting recovery post exercise for many professional and amateur sportspeople around the world.
