Seniors
Gym work continues for the senior team this week, training in Cross @ 8pm on Tuesday evening.
Another challenge won by the lad's this weekend as they prepare for their first league game later this month. Ballinlough were the challengers this week and after low scoring first half Cuchulainns claimed victory thanks to a last kick of the game score from wing back Finn Taite. Cuchulainns 0-9 Ballinlough 0-8.
Minor
The minor team continue to train as the near the start of the minor league in the next week, all minors are reminded to register and to have a gum shield prior to the first game.
UNDER 16
Well done to the lads who took part in the Christopher Shiels competition over the weekend, training is continuing as normal and all player's are asked to attend. Indoor league concludes this Sunday in the sports centre@6pm.
All un 14/16 and minor player's are asked to ensure all membership is paid before the week-end and that they have a gum shield prior to the start of their competition's.

Takes place on Tuesday week the 12th in Mullagh Hall all member,s are asked to attend.
Coaching Courses
Foundation level course Sat. 9th Feb. @9.30 -4.30 in Ramor United.
Level 1 course 16th and 23rd of Feb in Breffni Park. Both courses are available free of charge.
Club shorts and socks are now on sale in Sport's Connections in Virginia, also available are a range of gum shields and other club gear.
